Service was terrible, employees were standing around laughing and talking while there was a dining room full of customers... waiting on their food and a manager walked out of the office and holler what?s the hold up and started filling orders. MeanwhileI get home with my order to find out that I didn?t get everything I had ordered and tried calling 82 times and the phone hasbeen taken off service so no one can get through! Ordered 16 pc.meal only got 12 PC the side wasn't even filled to the fill line .the manager on Saturday evening shift wanted me... to drive back 20 min away to return the food .this is lack of training in the fast food business will not be returning to KFCvandalia at all. Read more
Food was good, quick service at drive thru. We got dark meat, rather small legs & thighs. But it tasted good.
The young people who work here are flat out stupid. I?d gladly pay more for my food if you?d pay more and hire older people who... actually care about customer satisfaction. I ordered a 3 piece big box. She proceeded to tell me the big box has 2 pieces. IPOINTED at the 3 piece big box on the menu in front of me (it?s also online, and at every other KFC I?ve ever been to)? she saidthat menu is confusing. Long story short, I stood in the lobby 20 minutes waiting for my order, got back to my truck and it waswrong. Surprise surprise. I didn?t dare go back and wait another 20 minutes as I?m on my clock. What I?m going to do is stopeating at these places that don?t care about satisfying me and my money. From now on I?ll only eat at places that give me goodservice, and care about the customer. They?re still out there, you just have to weed through places like this. Read more
Ordered the KFC dinner. Taste of the chicken was off and had fallen apart, coleslaw was warm, and potatoes were chemical... tasting. The gravey was water and horrible. Threw the entire sixty dollar order away. Read more
Extremely bad service! Ordered a product on the menu, but they gave me a totally different product instead without asking me... about it. When I confronted them about it, they said they didn't have any of what I ordered. When I asked for my money back,they refused. I will never return to this house of thieves and I advise others to steer clear as well. Read more
Never been so unhappy with one KFC location. Time after time, chance after chance and always awful. Takes forever, thongs... forgotten and terrible quality food. My two little ones only eat popcorn chicken and what I got were crumbs and the stuff thatwasn't crumbs was hard as rocks my kids couldn't even break them in half let alone try to bite through them. It really is ashame when we live in a town with minimal restaurant options. Read more
This is the worst KFC location. The food is always terrible. I always wait a long time between visits, hoping it will get... better, but it seems to get worse than the time before. They need new management or maybe just close down! Read more
