Terrible experience. didn’t give me 2 root beers and gave us the wrong food. don’t recommend
I had to stop coming here for a few months because they wasted so much time to respond back. I just finally came back recently... to give it another chance and it seems like the workers here don't listen to the orders. The other day I ordered a chickensandwich with no tomatoes on it and they acknowledged it but when I got home there were tomatoes on it. Tonight I just ordered adouble cheese burger (plain) the guy even repeated it back to me when I got home guess what it wasn't plain. Since these workersignore people's orders (I assume) I am giving it a two stars because I am fed up with Vandalia's Sonic. Read more
I tried calling multiple times to see if anyone has found a credit card in their parking lot. Still have not got a reply. And if... someone was trying to call in an order you would think to answer the phone. That’s really bad ownership Read more
First time we ever been to Sonic. We had a terrible time communicating on that speaker! Too much background noise, the girl was... finally nice enough to come out and talk face to face to get our order. The order was wrong, I ordered 2 single cheese burgers,not two doubles. Didn't say anything tho. Burgers were hot and juicy, fries were hot, but not crispy, shakes were good andcreamy. My husband is older, doesn't walk well, bathroom is way too far from the patio for him to walk there alone. Overalldining experience we not Wonderful, due to too much background noise from people parked and eating, cars in drive thru, and roadnoise from roadways. We won't be back, I actually told them that when I was trying to communicate on the stupid speaker. Read more
Food tasted really good. They messed up our order but it was fine I get it mistakes happen. But the young girl who brought us... the food that was messed up acted like it was our fault they messed up. If she would have just said I’m sorry we would havetold her it was no problem mistakes happen but nope she decided to make sure we all knew she was not happy being there. So nexttime we will just go through the drive thru. Read more
Bless their hearts they are always doing everything they can, it's a lot of work for 2 people. But when a complaint regarding... being charged for an order they couldn't fill and even the manager sent an email with my name address and cell number and gotzero response. I waited and waited and waited got nothing. Asked at store no one knew anything. None of that is on our specificsonic, had worse problems at the one in Daytona beach Florida. I don't go to sonic much at all after this. You want basic Sonicgoodies go for it like I said this is more on corporate or franchise sides. Read more
Was not very happy with the food. Eat here every other week on Friday night and usually very good. Today ordered the chili... cheese footlong and hot dog was burnt on the bottom and couldn't cut through it. Was very hard. Read more
Steakhouse burgers contain excellent flavor. They are not able to be eaten while driving however.
