Quick, friendly service from people who gladly answer questions completely. Very fresh ingredients! Good attitudes and a smile... too! We travelled through Vandalia on Sunday afternoon and enjoyed our lunch inside. There were at least 4 other customers /couples come in and get it To Go on a cold winter's day. When you walk in and the employees are all smiling and cleaning and the food looks all fresh ???????? hands down the best subway... in the area. If you are considering subway for lunch or dinner and you live in a neighboring town and have been getting pisspoor food and service lately I?d suggest giving the Vandalia location a try. You?d be shocked how much better your experiencewill be. Isabella and Libby made our food today and breanna k. Was managing. Others were cleaning and working hard but Icouldn?t catch their names. Izzy and Evan were STELLER! I absolutely do not remember when I've had that level of customer service! I ordered 6 footlong subs... and both of them put all 6 of them together like they were for the president of Subway! They were both so easy going andfriendly, not to mention POLITE! I enjoy Subway - I get the same thing every time - veggie delight toasted. It was not crowded when we popped on our road trip.... The employees were friendly and worked quickly so we were on the road again in no time. Read more
Subs are good as always. But the prices are getting high. Over $9 for 12 inch steak sub, over $7 for 12 inch cold cut combo...... might as well go to a sit down restaurant and have lunch there. Read more
Food was ok, but I got an expensive unsweetened tea and they did not have any type of sweetener.
