If I could leave less than one star I definitely would. It has been nothing but a hassle every time I try to go there. I waited... in the drive-through for a good 30 minutes or more since come to find out their drive-through side isn?t even open,along with abunch of other customer waiting in line.lobby only is what the guy finally come out and told us. not one sign posted out thereto let anybody know anything and I was there two days prior to this and lobby was closed and drive through is only thing open Iam done with this place. It is ridiculous.. It was so nasty they had music playing in the back ground with a lot of cuss words would not recommend. Nasty dirty place. They... was out of everything. I pulled up to Taco Bell/kfc and the drive thru line was pretty long. And this Taco Bell is already known to be really slow so I... decided to go inside to place my order hoping I could get through sooner as I had somewhere to be in thirty minutes. Thirtyminutes. I gave myself thirty minutes to get food and all I wanted was FOUR regular crunchy tacos. that?s it. Nothing special. Iplaced my order. My receipt said 1:39pm. 2pm rolls around and they have called everyone up that has ordered after me. So I go tothe front to ask what it taking so long for them to make four tacos. And a lady told me they were working on it and basicallykeep waiting. So I sat back down. She didn?t ask any questions. She didn?t ask what I ordered or what time or what my ordernumber was. She said they were working on it without even knowing what my food was for them to be working on it. Twenty moreminutes pass by. I?m late to where I needed to be. So I go up intending to ask for a refund so I can leave. I handed a lady myreceipt and she told the girls making food that I had been waiting forty minutes for four TACOS! And why they hadn?t handed outmy order yet. Turns out my order didn?t show up on their screen so they never got it so they in fact we?re not ?working on it?and if the First Lady that I talked to would?ve asked more question to make it right I wouldn?t be leaving this review. But shedidn?t and I had to sit for 40 minutes for someone to finally pay attention to me and ask where my food was. After I went up tothe desk a second time they had my tacos in my hand in two minutes. This is ridiculous. I caught so many eyes looking at me fromemployees because they could see I had been waiting a looooong time. And no one asked any questions. Okay I don't normally review fast food but when I do I like to review only the good ones. As far as tacos and chicken being a... side to side dish I can't agree. However that's about the only choice... I would love to see a bit more variety even a freakingsalad LOL. The food is normally good, afternoon or evening. I recommend the chalupa from taco Bell, or the $5 fill up from KFC.Never had to deal with management but I'm sure they're quick to react with a good heart.
