I go here 3-4 times a week because it's close to my work. I see the same staff in there all the time. They typically give less... than desirable portions compared to other chipotles. This time though I went in and the worker gave me what seemed like halfportions and about 10 little pieces of steak accompanied by some attitude for whatever reason. I feel like a lot of the hate in these reviews must have bias. Decided to try this location out instead of driving to Troy (I... live between both locations). The people were polite, made my food exactly how I wanted it. The place was clean and honestly oneof the nicer locations I've been to. Not sure why people are hating on this location. What a $÷!+ show. This was my 3rd visit and the 1st time I actually left with food. Had it not been late I would have left... empty handed again. Normally a new store has everything high and tight. Only go into this store if you want reasonable portions from here. Ordering online nets you a massive amount of fat on the steak... and terribly small portions at that. I measured it out and i got slightly more than a half cup of rice and even less steak. Ontop if that, they put way to much seasoning to cover the fact that the food tastes terrible to begin with. Twice I?ve been disappointed in this chipotle. The first time I went to this location they gave me chicken and steak when I only... wanted steak because they ran out of steak while making it and topped it off with chicken like I wouldn?t notice. Went again fora steak quesadilla today and basically paid 11$ for a tortilla and a couple pieces of steak. Will not be coming back. I don?tthink it?s that hard to make a quesadilla. Read more
Absolutely fabulous ???? I have a gluten allergy. I came in and the individual working not only changed her gloves. But changed... all the spoons! That was the most accommodating Chipotle I have ever come to. Absolutely would recommend. They were also veryfriendly. They were incredibly understanding and knowledgeable of my allergies. Read more
The employees didn't acknowledge a single customer as they entered the door. After waiting for five minutes or so an employee... walks over and asks what we want. They weren't necessarily rude but the sure weren't polite. The food was okay at best. Read more
