Customer service is awful...employees are rude an u can't get what u want put on ur sandwich even if u offer to pay ur told "I... can't do that"...definitely wouldn't recommend this location!! Would have given it a NO star if I could've!! Read more

Paid $2 for extra bacon but discovered after arriving home it was missing. Called store & was told I had to drive the sandwich... back to the store (15 minute drive) to have it remade. Otherwise, they wouldn't offer any other compensation.... Are you kiddingme???? Never eating at Subway again!!! Read more
Consistently gets worse and is going downhill. From staff members arguing back and forth while making sandwiches, to my... sandwhich getting made wrong right in front of me . . . I am always getting charged wrong, with a meal you can chose to have abag of chips and one cookie (says it on the menu) but they charge me separately for the items, and don't give me a drink. I havehad to ask 2 times after being cashed out, for them to give me my drink ????. Just keeps getting worse, recommend the one onmiller lane one exit down instead. Read more
