Wow I dont know how this business is still running. First off, trying to find their menu is insane. Through Google you gotta... rely on consumers posting photos from a year back. Their website through here doesnt work it talks about a promotion forgroceries. Tried to call them at 430pm and after 10 rings and no answer. A couple of other websites that acted like they had rhemenu didnt and Uber Eats when you search Best Pizza didnt work. Im going elsewhere. Read more
We ordered poutine and club sandwich and a meat lovers pizza. The poutine looked like they put yesterday's cold gravy it. The... club didn't even resemble one. The delivery was a joke and they charged $5 for it. The delivery driver couldn't figure out ourfront door entrance panel. We had to come downstairs. Read more
Usually I am very happy with my order. Tonight it was very sloppy and the burger was far from what the picture shows. There was... no cheese mayo ketchup. It was good but sloppy and poorly made! Best pizza is the best place in walking distance that I have ever experienced. Their food is amazing, the service is fantastic... and the owners make myself and the hubby feel welcome like we are part of the family ? I have recommend them to multiple familyand friends and will always come back! I was a bit disappointed with this one, and normally I don't like leaving bad reviews.. if I do, it is mainly over service or... price issues. I've been here a couple of times, once to buy a shawarma and another time a gyro, with some different friends,respectively. I found the customer service lacked, and could improve a little. They (owner?) seemed a bit grumpy and agitated--anyone can have a bad day, but it isn't how you treat paying customers. Gyros were small, and while tasty, not really worth the$7.50 in my opinion since they were tiny. 2 tiny gyros and 2 pops for just under $20 wasn't a good deal I don't think. My payingfriend agreed. The shawarma last time was better. I asked about any meal combo deals, such as a shawarma and a pop for a goodprice, as many other places do, but he was quick to point out that they don't have that. I tried Best Pizza for the first time last night and I will definitely be back. The pizza was excellent. The crust was just thin... enough and crusty on the edges. The sauce was not dripping out every time I took a bite but enough to give full flavour. Greatall REAL ingredients, not bacon bits and not half cooked bacon. Great cheese on it too. Staff can usually be found outside hanging out on the picnic tables in front. Really casual chill out kind of place. If you are... feeling social, but don't have anyone to eat with, this is a place where you can find friends, or at least some conversationthat doesn't involve looking at your phone.
