Food is the BK norm. Problem here is the staff seem drawn, tried and on guard. I would be as well with some behaving badly on... Montreal road area. That said, most people coming in just want friendly courteous service. That doesn't happen ever with theLady Supervisor 6pm today. Every visit she is on. Stop treating everyone badly because of the few that do. Absolute zerocustomer service skills at this location. Step up your game! Read more
I've worked in this industry for a long time, and generally don't complain about service. Having said that, the service here is... consistently terrible. Staff locks up early whenever they want, habitually ignore customers, ignore the line and serve inwhatever order they feel like. Don't bother placing an order for pickup, if you're the only one there you will be ignored, andif you're not they will serve every walk in customer before giving you your paid for food that's right there (including everyonewho came in after you). If you have the option to go somewhere else, I highly recommend doing so. They claim to be shortstaffed, but I know several fully qualified people who applied and never got a call. They aren't actively hiring, this is justhow the place is and has been for at least several months since I have been in this neighbourhood. A friend and I went here and they ordered a ?spicy? chicken sandwich. Clearly the sauce is so little that of course it tastes so... bland and basic. It was their first time trying and it was the most awful experience. Customer service is disgusting and they donot know how to treat their customers. Felt like we made a mistake by going here as it was so dirty and rude staff. Neverreturning and please guys do NOT waste your money here. Thank you! Read more
I had a Whopper which was amazing. I always enjoy the people that work at this particular Burger King. They always have a smile... on their face and they're ready to help and I once had a problem when I said no onions and I got onions and they had no problemsreplacing it for free!
