I waited 20 mins for a bagel with cream cheese, nobody else in the store except for one other customer waiting for a bagel with... cream cheese. When I asked what was taking so long the person at the counter just stared at me. Then I get my everything bageland it taste like blueberry cause they can?t even take the time to wipe off a knife before cutting the next bagel. Poor service.I?d rather go to Tim?s and at least get a smile and some decent service. Read more

Great fresh bagels! The breakfast bagel is my favourite breakfast sandwich in Ottawa - it comes generously loaded with tons of... bacon, egg and cheese plus I always add their homemade hot sauce too. Very well priced too. Their best cream cheeses are chiveand dill pickle, in my opinion. Read more

Tried their Jalapeno Bagel with pepper Cream cheese and all dressed bagel with cheddar cream cheese. It was good. I wont say the... best bagels but I was happy with my meal. Will surely come back to try their sandwiches. Read more

Love this place! So happy to have something a little more affordable than Kettlemans and with faster service. They also had an... awesome buy one get one free on hours-old bagels - which turned out to be just as good and a great price? best sandwich/bageldeal around. This is a friendly, family owned run business. I?ve been there last week for the first time, although I have been planing to go... there before the pandemic, (they were newly open then) Staff are very friendly, cozy atmosphere, great food. I had their lambtacos, I enjoyed it. The only thing That I observed was the lack of fan inside the dining area, my teeshirt was smells like afood when I left. Store was clean, the service was very nice. They answered questions about their menu items and delivered our Bagel sandwiches... straight to our table. The food was fantastic. I personally had a Smoked Meat bagel sandwich and really enjoyed it. I got tochoose which ever bagel I wanted. Great selection! The smoked meat was very good, and their mustard was light and did not overpower the sandwich, which I loved. The pickle was also a great added touch. The store layout is very nice.
