I'm a long-time patron of the Vanier Lorenzo's, and have always found it very good to excellent. After a long time without... having pizza, I ordered a large Chef's Special pizza yesterday (April 14/22) for pickup, and it was just excellent. Ready ontime, loaded up nicely with toppings, etc. The staff appear to have changed since the last time I was there, and the newcashier was super-friendly, and so was the pizza chef. Read more
The pizza is still good. Everything else is terrible. Had the worst wings and onion rings and burger from here. Everything was... clearly deep fried hours earlier, no seasoning and the salad was a joke! Would not order from here again. Read more
My wife and I have been regular customers of Lorenzo's pizza for some time now, sometimes ordering once or twice per week. While... my wife was dairy free we even brought in vegan cheese that they used to make the pizza for us. They have been very fair in thisregard. Today, my wife ordered a pizza for delivery and when the pizza arrived, the pizza and toppings were squished to onecorner of the box. After I called the store myself, the man on the phone said he would send a new pizza. I offered to send him apicture but he declined, saying to show the delivery man the pizza. A short time later, the buzzer rang and I ran down thestairs to greet the delivery man. Hes an older man and my worry about the first pizza was that perhaps trying to carry the pizzaup five flights of stairs is how the first pizza got messed up. If I open the front door for him instead of buzzing, he wouldn'thave to carry the new pizza. I explained to him that my wife wasn't happy with the condition of the last delivery. He statedthat the delivery is the same every time, showing me the pizza in the box, and left saying that its not his fault. Once Iarrived back upstairs and checked my cellphone, I saw 5 missed calls on my phone from the store. I called back immediatelyhoping to inform them that the new pizza was perfect and that there were no problems. Instead, the man on the phone was rude andnever let me get a word in or explain the situation. He told me that the pizza delivery man said I had refused to let him seethe pizza and that I had thrown it into the garbage. This was a flat out lie because the pizza was still sitting on my counter,untouched since its delivery and I never declined to let him see it. And thats when I heard it. The last time my wife and Iwere eating in the restaurant we heard an unhappy customer on the phone being told almost the exact same things I was being toldon the phone. Solid pizza spot. Have ordered from here 4-5 times and most recently had a thin crust medium pizza with the wings (pictured... below). Love the toppings placed under the cheese. Perfectly cooked. Only other place that can compete with Cumberland pizza inmy opinion. Read more
Hi bought pizza there tonight on November 26th 2022. Everyone was very nice, the soccer game was on, pleasant to just sit and... chat with one of the delivery drivers that works there as well as see one who used to work there with the previous owner, theArabic guy. I ordered the Lorenzo's special pizza which is what I always get, if you've never tried it, its really yummy I thinkyou'd like it. Nice experience everyone was friendly and we talked about soccer, hockey and had some arm wrestles which were funlol. Nice family business. Read more
