No drive thru, lots of parking but limited space to move if you have a large vehicle. Staff are quick and friendly. There are... 2 doors, so depending on which door you enter from, there is no clear way to identify who gets served. Read more

Very busy place. Time Machine '70's. No drive through....and vintage interior layout. Almost nobody eats in here. Tons of room... for you after you clear "The Cluster" Not enough room to order as it's a cluster of people with no real line forming once youexit the vestibule and squeeze into the order domain. Just wait to be noticed but.... depending on the t.o.d. and the "cluster"if it's lunch expect a wait. Staff friendly and here you get a regular coffee if you order one....it won't be a triple triple. This was my first time visiting a Tim Horton's in Ottawa, and the service was good. They were out of the chili, so I had chicken... noodle soup. The soup was hot and tasty and the bun fresh. The staff were friendly, and the dining room and restrooms wereclean. Read more
