I've gone through this drive-thru infrequently throughout the year while traveling. The place looks clean and modern, and the... customer service and ordering has always been good. It's a home feeling when you enter the place. Friendly people and staff. The food is good and drinks are hot. Love it.

Im a regular, Sometimes i get great service but only with certain people.. Drive thru can be slow .. I have gone here for breakfast at least 4 times a week before work since I moved to the VKH area 8 months ago. The customer... service has always been great. Wait times have always been low. Food has always been decent. I never had an order messed up.However, after eating a breakfast wrap Saturday morning I have been experiencing mild symptoms of food poisoning since Saturdaynight (It is now Monday morning). The breakfast wrap was the only thing I ate all day so it couldn't have been anything else. Iam just disappointed. Don't think I will be returning to this location. Read more
Decided to grab supper for my husband and I after a long day. Showed up at approximately 7pm on a Monday night no one was in the... drive through and no cars in the parking lot. Went up to the speaker to order two sandwiches. I was told they were out of baconand that it would take while to prepare more so I asked what was available on the menu for supper and I was told ham and cheeseor chicken wraps. I went to order two chicken wraps and was told there?s no crispy or grilled chicken available and that it wasa very busy supper rush and it would take awhile to make more. Best Tim Horton service I've received in a LONG time. The guy kn the microphone was so friendly and the food was made to... perfection, he even grilled my croissant in the panini maker making it nice and crisp in a way way better then just toasted.
