Fast and efficient drive through service. A pleasant surprise when compared to other locations.
The food was meh (I ate it about 5 minutes after getting it)... went to the drive thru, didn't get my nuggets. So I had to go... back inside. Second time going to this McDonald and so far ot great. Will update if service gets better (it could have been 2"bad days"). Read more
All 3 times i have gone to this McDonald's has been a disaster. DO NOT mobile order from this store. The first time was going... inside just for a cafe frappe. I said it in french and i know my accent can be a little hard to understand but it took 4 peopleand a game of charades to order one drink. The second time was mobile ordering and waiting over 10 minutes at the spot thenwalking in and the food still wasn't ready. The recent time today was just the most rude manager. Read more
They forgot cheese,onions and pickles for my burger. They also forgot to give me mayonaise after i asked multiple times and i... didnt get a straw for my beverage. The burgers were cold, the bread stale and the fries soggy and cold. Go somewhere else for aburger or go to the mcdonalds in Boucherville. Read more
Slow service. Morning manager is very rude
Very, very, very slow service. I went in to get 2 coffees and 2 muffins and it 20 minutes!!! The employees were worriying... because there wasn't any muffins that fit my order so they were 5 trying to figure out what to do. I asked if I could haveanother muffin and they said we don't know and they called their boss and their boss gave me another muffin... Come on!!! Plus,the restaurant had a lot of flies roaming around. On the post that was holding the interactive screen, there was about 10 flieson it. The tables were very dirty, the bathrooms too. The health department would have so much fun in that place.
