My husband and I stayed 4 nights to golf and relax and get out of the Carolina heat. This place was perfect. The course is... beautiful! challenging and well maintained. Everyone from Nick in the pro shop to the wait and office staff were friendly andaccommodating. The food was fantastic. Just home from our stay n play guys weekend. This was our 3rd time. We stay in the big house. The house is very clean, which is... my #1 thing. The included meals were good. Service very friendly. We did a stay and play package with 6 of us last weekend and loved it. We were extremely impressed with the golf course and the... staff at the resort. The golf course is great to play multiple times because they set it up perfect for both experiencedplayers and beginners depending on the tees you play. I have made a habit in the last year of coming into the restaurant on Saturday nights for your prime rib special. Literally best... prime rib I've ever had and it's very consistent every week. This past Friday I have the opportunity to be able to come in andhad the fish fry. Again, best fish fry I've ever had. Your food always tastes extremely fresh and the service is great whetherI'm sitting at the bar to eat or in the dining area. In this last year you have become my favorite restaurant! My wife and I recently took a relaxing escape and vacationed at the Byrncliff Golf Resort & Banquets in Varysburg, in western... New York, just outside of Buffalo by 30 minutes or so, with the town of East Aurora, a beautiful traditional all-Americansetting, just 11 miles away and a wonderful way to spend hours going in and out of shops and museums. Byrncliff staff weredelightful and generally went beyond to make one?s stay comfortable. The initial Byrncliff welcome at registration was warm andinviting, and all staff were a delight to meet. Each employee?whether administrative, golf shop, restaurant staff, or cleaningemployees-went out of their way to acknowledge their guests and interact with them. The rooms were clean and presented nicely,and the beds were made daily. Hats off to the chef and servers, as well. The restaurant menu featured a variety of culinaryofferings. The food was excellent, and we appreciated the good service. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners. Serverswere attentive, and each could make up a great batch of pancakes. Our dinner setting was out on a deck overlooking the course,and I especially liked their Pickernell fish entrée and their sirloin steak. The golf shop pros and staff were standup guys,each appropriately addressing customers and interacting with them as though all the golfers and staff were neighbors. They werewelcoming and accommodating. An idyllic setting, Byrncliff features a premier scenic golf course that is beautifully manicured,with wind turbines in the background and rolling hills; our rounds of golf were entirely picturesque. The course, itself,seemed to be cared for and well maintained. Our golf was fun but challenging, and the greens seemed to read true breaks andspeed. Fairways were beautiful, and tee boxes were well maintained, with grounds staff working on the course throughout theday. Our get-away to Byrncliff Golf Resort was most enjoyable, and I recommend it highly. Read more

Had a first communion on a Sunday at 3pm. Staff getting set up was wonderful- and accommodating. Room was great and spacey-... Decor and set up was beautiful! We eat there a lot so I was not worried about the meal at all! Had the burger, pasta primaveraand shaved prime rib sandwich. Only compliant was beef was very dry- and its not when we eat in- would of been better offwalking in as a table of 20 on a rainy day! Overall still love the place, still golf there- just must of been an off day- sadlymost of our party ordered it- but we all get those days! Will be back for Friday dinner- Read more
