I got the rice and beans bowl, it was literally justrice beans and shaved carrots, not a grain of salt or other necessary seasonings. i got the tahini sauce and that didn?t addmuch flavor either. i would?ve gone back and gotten my money back but I had already biked away. giving it 2 stars because mypartner got the curry and it was pretty good. Really quaint little island health spot with a delicious selection of smoothies, bowls, health shots and soups. They also have a... small case of house made raw vegan cookies. We stopped here on a day trip after a local recommended it. The food is all vegetarian and range from $10.50 to 12 or 13. I... guess it depends on how much you want to add. They have veggie bowls and drinks. There might be sandwiches/wraps but it wasn'ton the menu that day. I got a bean and brown rice bowl and chose my dressing.
