McDonald's food is always going to be McDonald's food. The service is what makes one McDonald's location different from another.... The staff at the Vassar McDonald's is the best I have ever seen and experienced. Liz in the morning is always so friendly,greets me by name, and makes me feel welcomed. Emily was working on November 10th at night and got to deal with a strangerequest for my pregnant wife. She didn't grumble or grown about doing a weird custom order, she was, in fact, the opposite inher demeanor. Demeanor. I asked for unsweetened tea, but was given sweetened. It was promptly replaced, but it would have been better if it was right... in the first place. This isn't the first time this has happened. Read more
They do a good job at this location. But I always make sure I ask them to have the food hot.
The lady literally rolled her eyes because I asked if my 4 sauces were in bag. She clearly mis heard me because she put 4 more... in while in disgust I knocked on window handed them back and told her eye rolling was not necessary! Rude ???? Read more
Pretty much run of the mill. Same as dozens of other McDonald's. We had to pull around side of bldg to wait for an order for... only 2 people. It wasn't a large order. Read more
Overall a good McDonald's if you order anything special it is generally done right but also on the flip side almost every time I... go through the drive-thru something's missing and I got to pull back around or go inside to make it right and talk to someoneinside. Read more
