Was a bit slowdue to busyday but the employees did their best and I got extra meat and avocado at no extra cost

As general manger of this location I have taken the time to review these comments/complaints. I understand there's a lot of you... that have had poor/slow experiences, do to the change of positions and lack of people it was an incredibly rocky start. I haveinvested in making changes on this accord to help improve all aspects of the operation. I ordered the meatball melt noticed the meatballs were in a separate container than the sauce. So it didn?t look good at all.... Asked for it toasted the cheese wasn?t even melted. And the sauce was ice cold. Worst sub ever Read more

As someone who recently quit here, the workers are trying their best. I had to quit because I seen how fast that place was going... down hill. Better hope they find a better assistant manager to run the place who knows how to actually respect ALL theiremployees, rather than one that will talk down on someone because she ?thinks? he might have a slight disability. Also maybeteach your employees that using the word ?dyke? isn?t funny ?because it?s true.? Some of the people there need to catch up onwhat?s socially acceptable and what?s not. Read more

Never enough workers and always waiting an obscene amount of time in line which has only gotten worse recently. I've seen... employees in tears bc of the line with no help and have personally said something and called manager several times bc it's notfair to the employees. Never able to prep food when they run out and often are out of most breads. Very poorly managed placeand it's not fair to employees there which is why they can not keep any good ones. Read more

The food was great. However if you're going to have a sign on the door that states that masks are required, your employees... should have the backing of ownership in enforcing this mandate during a global pandemic. I can only assume that the employeesare afraid to enforce the state mandate. Read more

Well I never spend time to write reviews, but I felt this was necessary. Incredibly disappointed after a recent visit to pick up... a Power Bowl that I ordered online. When I arrived the bowl did not look anything like the picture online and it lacked theguacamole I added. Accordingly, I inquired and the gentleman stated that I must have ordered the wrong thing and that I justcouldn?t see the guacamole. He offered no resolution....so a Power Bowl is merely an expensive ($10) salad and mine even lackedlettuce! This store needs to train employees on customer service...I would have been satisfied by simply honoring my request forthe guacamole that I paid for...instead I am left hungry, writing a poor review.
