We decided to go there to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. We were very pleased with our time spent there. The food is... delicious and our waitress was very nice and attentive. Went here after hearing good reviews from some friends and they weren’t wrong! My spicy margarita was delicious but I do wish... it was a little bigger like in a mason jar then the short glass it came in. Everyone needs to order the burnt ends app… letjust say a could eat a mountain of that. Our burgers were delicious and the fries were excellent! Great county music playingwith a cool saloon vibe. Excellent service, waitress and manager were very friendly. Chill vibe, there was a live band and a dj towards the end of the... night. I had the Australian burger and its honestly, one of the best burgers I've had in a while. My friends had the beeftartare and the wings which they really enjoyed. 100% Recommend!!!!!!! Read more

We were quite excited to go to this saloon. It's always busy and the car park is usually full so we expected a good experience.... Jack Saloon is really inviting and clean. We were greeted by a hostess who showed us our table and everything was open andfriendly. Then we waited. and waited. More than 30 minutes passed and we eventually flagged down a waitress who went to get ourwaitress. We ordered drinks and a starter then our main course. Starter was great (Tuna tartare) but the main course was adisaster. Some really dry chicken on a bed of shredded lettuce for $22? We had to ask for additional sauce because it was chewyand dry. The ribs were also dry with almost no sauce and for a full rack @ $30, it was a really small portion. The ribs had asuper hard outer layer and wasn't "fall off the bone" good. It had almost zero sauce and at least 30% of the ribs was so hardthat I had to spit it out. Super disappointed with the quality of the food and definitely not worth the price. So if you want aplace to mingle, listen to some music and have a few drinks, Jack Saloon is perfect but the food is barely edible and extremelyexpensive. Read more
For a Saturday night date night I opted to try out Jack Saloon since the official opening was this week. Wasn't packed at 6pm... and they had seating available for 2. My wife got a lemonade sanglante (vodka, smirnoff, strawberry infusion, mint andlemonade). Said it was really really good. We ordered "La Familiale" which is a shared plate containing a full rack of ribs, awhole chicken, fries and cucumber salad for $60. The BBQ sauce on the ribs was good (tender), we couldn't finish the chicken(too much) but very tasty, the fries were seasoned nicely but a bit small in portion size to share among 2 people. We ordered aside dish of fries to compensate for it. Overall, very good experience, professional & courteous staff. Clean and well designedinterior, large bar. As our meal was finishing we saw more people starting to enter. Not packed during our dinner but I believeit caters more to the night life with the large bar. Amazing service! Everything was great, food was good, but the one thing that was unbelievable was the awesome service Mrs.... Charlotte gave to us, you know, her smile and nice eyes made our night!
