Got kids in the car? Don?t go here. The restaurant is never open so drive through and mobile orders are the only way. I know and... sympathize with businesses being short staffed but this is ridiculous. I ordered on the app and waited in the assigned spot at4:58 and by 5:45 the food still had not come to us. Can?t exactly leave my kid in the car and go check what?s happening sincethe doors are closed and the drive through line is all the way down the street - and not moving either. And don?t bother callingthem, I don?t think they even know where the phone is. Something needs to be done because it?s definitely not the fault of thekids working there.. but management needs help? time managing isn?t something that?s done even remotely properly at thislocation. Drive thru had a huge line up of cars so decided to go inside. First mistake. Waited 20 minutes to get our order, we saw... people coming in after us but getting their orders before us... When we brought up the issue with the staff, got attitude aboutour order number coming. Got a cold McGriddle, cold hash brown that tasted stale as if they made it yesterday, but at leastthey had one thing right, the orange juice was cold!... It's just a shame because with the number of grills they have, youwould think serving a hot proper meal would be their #1 priority but alas, not the case at all as it's not the first time thishappened, and also not the first locations that does this either. McDonald as a company must have guidelines as to serving hotmeals, why does it seem so complicated for employees to follow guidelines? Read more

I would prefer if Mcdonalds in general would remove ?fast food? from their company description. 40 minutes at 1:30 pm to get... are order. I understand the lack of employees everywhere. I just think the company in general needs to oversee how everything isdone from point A to Z. Read more

I placed my order today. There was a long wait. It took 30 minutes for 3 trio orders. However, the reason I am giving 5 stars is... because the employees were very nice. A lot of customers were aggressive, complaining, and making a complete spectacle. Let usremember that this is a McDonald's. Most employees here are students. There's no need for people to be aggressive over a burgerand fries! I mean really. Calm down. Aside from that, the store is really clean. The food is normal McDonald's quality. And mostimportantly, the employees were working very hard. It's not like they are behind the counter relaxing. You see them ruining likechickens with their heads cut off. I am really happy with the service I got, even though the wait time was long. Read more

Had a bit of an issue with my payment, they claimed it didn't go through and double charged me, was in drive through and had to... go in to rectify the situation. Otherwise, fries were great. Burger was a bit sloppy, but it's McDonald's and I wasn'texpecting a gourmet burger anyways. Read more

Pretty good food for a quick stop I would do it again, they give you free water as well, I would recomended for a quick stop if... you are in a hurry it's a good spot for someone who likes quick food. The staff were nice and the food was given to us fast. Iwould come back if I happen to take this route again, and this was a long drive to get to and my friends orders about 5 burgersany they had no issues finishing them and came back for seconds Read more

I'm not one for giving a place a bad review but this location needs some help. The last few months the level of service is... deteriorating. You go at any given time be a drive-thru or at the counter , your minimum wait time is 30 minutes. To add to thisthey always mess up your order. This one took the icing on the cake for me Ordered a BigMac and ended up with half a a BigMac.It was missing the patty. Management needs to hire staff and train them properly. Pay them more and appreciate them, it willreflect in the service they give the clients. I have given them many chances but now I will no longer go to this location. Iwill drive 15 minutes to the next location just because of the level of service. Read more

Alright seriously, everytime I go, there is something wrong with my order!! Always drive thru!! 3 month ago they forgot an... entire meal...last week they forgot the 6 nuggets...this time I checked the bags...got home and found this...only 4 nuggets inthe container for 6!!! Last 2 time I had to drive back...nobody even apologize...I wont drive back for 2 nuggets but come on!! Read more
