Really not impressed with the service Been several times on the way home from work and every time we get the mozzarella sticks... or fries they are cold and not fresh, specifically asked if we could get fresh ones and was told absolutely no problem itwould be an extra 2 min wait. Then watched the lady slide the packages up their little warming station then pull them back downand put in my bag. Due to the line up of people behind I wasn't going to cause a stink. Line up seemed short so hubby decided to have a whopper. He didn?t order at the kiosk - and didn?t realize how many people were... ahead of him to receive their orders. He got poutine and said there wasn?t enough gravy to melt the cheese. Read more
The manager up sold my order to Large automatically then tried to give me medium fries and drink. Very bad customer experience,... I understand that you have budget number to hit but a Atleast inform customers they are being upsold and give them what theyactually paid for. Read more
They Upside my order and gave me dips I did not ask for just to charge me extra . When I asked why? then they got upset .make... sure you look at your receipt. the only good thing is now I know zesty dip is good lol. Read more
I ordered a whopper combo with cheese and bacon and there was none, also I ordered regular fries and drink and paid for large... instead, this location sucks! Was initially impressed with short line and they had my whopper combo ready in about 30 sec. However, there was an issue with... all 3 components. The coke was watered down. The fries were small. The whopper had all fresh ingredients, but the patty itselfwas awful. Also, this combo was over $12. Go to a real Burger King. Read more
If I could give it zero stars I would. The guy at the till stood there leaning with his elbow on the cash holding his head. They... are so rude! The food was terrible! It gets better (worse)! No price on their menu board for sourdough burger... 2 burgers (onlyno combo) was $23! I also posted a pic of the suggested retail. Such a Rip off! High price to pay for a laxative. Read more
