It was a pretty standard McDonald's, if a bit dirty. A lot of the inside was clearly replaced recently, which was pleasant. The... food was very fresh, & the ice cream machine was working. Service was a bit slow considering that we were the only customers, asthis was late at night & there wasn't even any drive thru orders (you could see the window from the front). Went on drive thru and was asked to parked my car. 15 minute later nobody came. I have to walk in the store to follow up with... my orders. The guy beside me said he was waiting for 30 minutes at the parking for his food as well. So much for drivethrough! They ask you to park your car as your food is not ready and they forget about you. Not once have I been through the drive thru and any point in the day and received my food at the window. There is always a 6+... minute wait, even for the most basic order for one person. Edit: as I sat waiting for my order of two egg McMuffin?s, I sawthere was two other people waiting for their order. I ordered from the mobile app and it took more than 15 minutes to get my McNuggets order. I saw other cars pull in and get their... orders before me. I mentioned to the staff how long I?ve been waiting and didn?t even offer a free ice cream or something,instead they asked me if I need more sauce for my McNuggets - poor customer Experience delivery. Worst McDonald's ever. Terrible staff, terrible food and disgustingly dirty inside. Ordered food to go and when I got in my... vehicle and opened the food I was served, I had to go back in and get it replaced. My Jr. chicken was more mayo than anythingelse. Lettuce was brown and the whole thing was a mess. Zero attention to quality and workers must hate their jobs. The entireinside of the restaurant was littered with garbage from guest. Garbages were overflowing. Bathroom was gross. The generalmanager should be surprisingly stopping in or sending in secret shoppers to see how their business is failing. Read more
This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the closest one to where I live and it's been a... consistently bad experience. For example, there is no use ordering through a mobile app in advance as when you show up not onlyyour order is not ready, they can't even find it in the system. I have to show order details and the order number and the staffseems to be even more lost. Also, they have no clue what their own address is. The few times I show up to McDonald's, I tend tohave low expectations but this place always manages to find a new bottom for their "service". Unacceptable. Read more
Came here for drive through, bought 2 breakfast combos and hot cake happy meals. Before I drove off I checked my bags, noticed... the Bacon McMuffin was unravelled and saw the burnt bread! Then I checked the hotcakes both were missing hash browns and syrup.Imagine if I had not checked and just drove off?!!! How hard is it to put correct items in a bag?! And to think they thoughtthis burnt McMuffin was acceptable to put in the bag to serve to a customer?!!!! Worst location! Management needs to step up! Read more
Seems unnecessary that I am waiting almost 30 mins for an order I placed on the app for pick up. While sitting in the parking... spot my app said "order completed" so one of the employees definitely gave my lunch away. I love the fries though. Read more
