Normally on my way to any pizza hut, I will call to place my order so it is ready by the time I get there. However, today I was... put on hold for a total of 15 minutes. I called once and was on hold for 8 minutes because the person on the line said theyneeded to move to the front of the store. I decided to hang up after the 8 minutes and called back. Another employee answeredand put me directly on hold. Waited for another 7 minutes and in between I heard a person pick up and put me back on hold. Ordered my pizza by phone. Before going to pickup I called the store and said your order is ready. 20 minutes drove to pickup my... pizza but I was told that they haven't receive my order at all. When I said I called you before coming and you confirmed that mypizza is ready, they said we have mistaken. I remained without pizza and 40 minutes driving. Read more

This is a small store joint with KFC, there are plenty of parking spaces around it, nice staff, clean and nice enough. I tried... both online and phone order here and it was very easy and smooth. On our visit on a Saturday lunch time. The dining room was a mess. The waitress said they were cleaning from last night. The... dining room was freezing cold. Then our food arrived my daughters spaghetti was loaded with sauce when we asked for light alsoshe wasn?t given a side with her meal. We also had to ask for a fork, refills of our drinks The pizza was okay. We orderedpepperoni lovers, didn?t look like double pepperoni. Definitely wouldn?t recommend the dining room as a option for a familylunch. Service was not so good and the dining room was a mess. Me and my girlfriend are sitting inside right now. Service is really bad. The staff here has some attitude. We had to wait... around 10 minutes just to be seated when there were only 2 occupied tables in the restaurants. Pizza came cold and the qualitywas not up to the standard of any other pizzahut.
