The most rude and disrespectful workers I have ever seen. The fact that they were fighting me over a cancelled order as I called... and already cancelled they had the receipt and claimed I needed to match the order #?? As if I didn?t do that. My entire ordername & number was there, they wanted to create a hassle for no reason. Instead they fought me with verbally rude words. Theseworkers not only dont even know how to speak professionally to a customer but cannot even do their job properly. I will becalling corporate to report this, the fact that I?ve lived here my whole life and came across this for the first time just showsit?s the workers. Tip for the manager: Learn how to actually hire proper professional mannered employees. Don?t know how to dotheir job and don?t even know how speak to someone. Do better. scammers, unprofessional people, screamed at my 16 year old daughter. ordered one pizza, cancelled that over the phone and... ordered another 2, expected me to pay for the first and made a big deal on paying for the first pizza. Staff seems more concerned about talking to eachother than actually serving customers. Ordered online for pickup and when I... arrived I was told it would be 5 more minutes for my pizza. I sat down in the store infront of the cash register for another 20minutes until the woman I originally spoke to came back to ask if I was still waiting on my order. By the time I got it thepizza it was cold because the staff were too busy talking to eachother and forgot about me as I sat right there. I reached outto pizza pizza to provide my feedback but they did not want to settle the issue which is unfortunate. Have messed up my order more times than I can count, pay for toppings that are missing. Just ate here for the last time. One of... the worst franchises. Edit: I decided to try eating here again and since my review the product quality has been great, at leastthe last 3 times I ate here. Whoever is making the pizzas now is doing a good job. Best pizza in the city hands down! Their quality never degrades, and they are very generous with the toppings. I went there on... Halloween with my friend. It was nicely decorative with halloween theme. The customer service was great. The cashier (Kiran) isvery friendly and kind. Even the pizza was luscious. Horrible quality of food with my order. I placed my order and wasn't even close to my asks where. Called to complain and they... didn't even care to make it right. They insulted me with a.$5.00 credit....moving forward I will only order from Pizza Novawhere they go above a d beyond to make the customer happy and deliver what the customers asks where to be on all orders.
