I was just at the store to buy lunch I went in and is at least 15 20 people there lined up but one big issue one window one... person to to take the order it's always be at least two windows open at the lunch rush. This location has gone down in quality and customer service. Chicken was not fresh and dry. One of the pieces even had iron... wool stuck to the fried chicken. This is a choking hazard! Employees also don't know how to fulfill an order. We ordered Popeyeapp for 5pc dark meat only menu item. The offer and order specifically says dark meat only, this was not a custom request butthe actual menu item. Employee argued it was mix and match and gave us 1 breast meat. When stating it should be dark meat only,they ended up giving 1 wing, 1 drum, 2 thigh, and 1 breast. How is 1 small wing considered 1 piece when it used to be 2wings? No matter how bad the food has been I've never physically gagged from a takeout except for this place. The Chicken felt like you... were chewing Plastic and it just felt extremely unnatural when I was eating it. A spacious pop eyes, with moderate seating. High chairs are available too. Just your usual deep fried chicken place. Chicken is... good and wait is not long.
