Highly unprofessional and rude staff, I guess his name was Max. Incident of 7-April-2022 around 10:30am -10:40am, I was waiting... in line with 2 other people in front of me, and the Max guy prepares order for random people walking in store instead of peoplewaiting in line, as if their time was more important than people in line. When asked why he is not serving people by their turn,instead of being apologetic or asking permission to serve out of turn, he turned offensive and said "what you gonna do" andasked you can leave if you have problem. I would give 0 star, if there was an option. It?s portion is so smaller than any other subway. They charged me for steak and... guacamole, but no guacamole inside my wrap. Also they asked me if I want signature steak, I said no just regular, and then I sawbarley steak in my wrap. So frustrating with this location. Also the store was so dirty. Worst experience at a Subway. I ordered chicken bacon ranch footling and two cookies with a drink. The drink I got was Pepsi... from the machine and it tasted like carbonated water. The sandwich was also disgusting as it was very cold, the chicken tastedlike it was never cooked and came straight out of a freezer. There should be a 0 star available on this subway. I eat everyday at subway at different locations due to my travelling work.... The individual working here is inconsiderate and modest . The app showed no option for chicken teriyaki on footlong at thislocation however they were serving it in location and neither they had italian herb and cheese bread. I ordered for oven roastedsandwiches and told the person that there was no choice for chicken teriyaki and I generally get that so on the off chance thathe can give me that rather and charge extra yet he was discourteous and said you might have requested it rather on the app. Ishowed him the app and then he said its all about head office that there is no chicken teriyaki for there location in the appthough there are serving in person. Furthermore, the serving size was very less then what I normally get at other location. Willnever visit this location again.
