Excellent place for coand snacks. Good customer service by its staffs.
To start off i ordered 2 egg and cheese farmers wrap. Cause sausage farmer wrap. After which she then tried to remove the... sausage from the wrap. Then give it to me. Im like no make 2 new wraps. To top it off she tired to reuse the same old damagedboxes again. For one im Muslim i cant eat pork. But end of story you missed up make it back new stop trying to short cut andsave money. Read more

I've have never experienced such a poorly run Tim's. Just like everyone else said, the order is wrong 95% of the time, and they... are out of most of the menu when you order, regardless of the time of day/week. The employees are also extremely slow and notvery friendly. Even if you don't have a lot of employees, it shouldn't take 5 min for 3 people to prep 3 bagels when there areno other customers. The worst location! Every day something is wrong with my order and they can't even make a simple coffee order right. Nothing... worse than getting to work and your coffee is made wrong! Not only that, you tell them your order on the speaker and they repeatback something completely different. They don't pay attention and they are not friendly at the window either. Bad customer service. I was in the drive thru at 7:15 pm and I waited 5 mins for my order to be taken, pulled up to pay and... asked for my order again. No apologies or here have a free donut. What kind of.people are u hiring for minimum wage. That'squarter star ratings. Read more
Terrible. Customer service was bad. Waited forever for service - staff kept looking at me like a deer in headlights then when... they finally came and took my order, ripped me off. When I asked them about it (calmly and respectfully) and to fix it (theycharged me for something they would not give me), their response was "well just don't get it next time" and still would not fixit. So instead of not ordering it, I just won't order there and I don't suggest other people order there either. That's terriblecustomer service and honestly, it's theft. Read more
