The Customer service is very poor. Specially Sangeeta is one of their Nonsense Employee who shouted on us just for excusing her... to serve us today evening on 26/11/22. I would recommend everyone never stop by at this location to grab your coffe or Food .There are plenty other options available nearby. I don?t know how Management gave her job , who doesn?t know basic etiquettes ofattending customers. Read more

Visited this location a few days ago. Ordered 4 doughnuts. 2 of them, honey dip, were very old. Definitely should be discarded... and not served to customers. They have tendency to pour a wrong drink too. Read more

Every single time I use this location, which I've already complained and never got a call back from the general manager of this... location. Mobile order is last to be served and not properly done. I received my bagel, 5 minutes later my coffee and then 5minutes later I'm questioned as to why I'm still standing there, STILL WAITING ON THE REMAINDER OF MY ORDER! This is the ONLYlocation I go to that makes more sense to just walk in and order. No other location prepares item by item once you walk in. Thisis completely unprofessional and exactly why I try not to go to this location. They obviously need retraining on Mobileorders. And when you ask to speak to a manager during this time....NO manager on duty. When you ask the staff why it's beingprepared after you arrive they say "company policy to prepare once you arrive" I was also told my another staff member thatstheir policy only on the weekends. So they lie or just don't know what they are doing. Avoid this location. So many otherlocations with much better service and customer service. Read more

I came here one evening to buy a muffin after an evening work shift, via drive-thru, and when I asked to pay by gift card after... the credit machine was offered, the staff member loudly grunted and went, "UH!" I was shocked. When she opened the window backup to accept my gift card, she goes, "Sorry, I just want to go home." I wish I were joking. Not very pleasant and made me feeluncomfortable. This Tim Horton is not a great place to go. The staff was not showing effort to help, and I felt they are not very... systematically trained(I saw at least 2 customers complained during my visit). I placed 2 order separately, and I had to wait 5+minutes for them to figure out I am still waiting for my second order. The coffee was definitely not customed to my request. Notsure if this is a new location, but it is a bit disappointing visit. Read more

Me and two of my friends came here to get some drinks and to chat. We ordered two ice caps and one chocolate chill. The man... behind the counter took our money and gave us one ice cap and one chocolate chill. Before we can ask what happened to our changeand the third ice cap, he walks to another employee and begins to speak with him, laughing. After a few minutes of waiting hecomes back and asks me what I want. I told him we ordered THREE ice caps and he didn't give us our change. He goes back to thekitchen and an eternity later he comes back with an ice cap and our change. I would visit this location again, but my experienceon that day was poor. Read more
