Did drive thru, too awhile. Think they cooked everything after it was ordered, Seemed short staffed. Couldn't understand the... employee in the drive thru, sounded like they were down a hall. Google map that okay place is a crowded, fast- food service. Accessible to drive-thru, factories, business, and warehouses.
Asked for fresh cooked, waited for 10 mins and recieved order, partially fresh cooked the rest old and cold. Was a great spot... not so much anymore. Read more

I work in the offices across the street. Today was the third time I've walked in and found that they're only serving at the... drive through. This is not a COVID issue as they share the location with a Tim Horton's which is open for dine in and they(Wendy's) have been open for dine in on other occasions. They say it's because they're short-staffed. I guess it's a terribleplace to work and/or pays too poorly to hire and retain staff...or maybe management is too cheap to schedule enough staff andthen they get caught out when one person calls in sick. Either way, do better. Given the annoyance caused, I will not be wastingmy time to drive across the street to line up at a drive through, nor will I be visiting this Wendy's again. Read more

oct 25 friday night 8:55pm whoever was working drive through window needs to get checked. i havent paid yet and ask this guy to... switch my coke to a lemonade and he says "no" as if its not possible and shuts the window. i really hope managers are readingthese reviews to get their customer service in check. im not one to review a fast food place too often but this was ridiculous Read more
