Very average crew, needs more training as it took 5 people 10 mins to make 2 lattes?and it was not at all busy. Also, speak up... when calling out drinks that are ready, people shouldn?t be asking what drink is who?s, it?s your job to keep track of that. Listen I?m all for unionizing and workers rights but keep your end of the deal up with the customers. Also?.get a tip jar. Read more

This is the second time in the last week that I have ordered something and the cashier has not listened to what I asked for and... made me the wrong drink. I usually do not have problems at this Starbucks but today?s experience changed my everything. The staff member (regret not... getting her name, April 10th, 4:30pm) literally shoved us away and closed the line on me and another customer in front of me andsaid that she is no longer taking customers with no explanation. She was very rude and disrespectful. She could have simply said? I am so sorry but I can no longer take any more customers?. When I asked why she walked away with attitude so I asked againand she said she was short staff. It?s understandable how overwhelming it can be however not for 3 customers. I would rathertake a further drive out than stop here again. That was beyond rude and embarrassing when being with family out of state. Read more
