Every year, my husband and I enjoy a free sun from subways on Veterans Day. This year, we decided to go to vauxhall since it?s... nearby. The lady behind the counter did not acknowledge the offer and when we showed it to her on the subways website, sherefused to help us. It?s very disappointing being treated this way, being veterans. Do not waste your time to go here - says they are open AND the hours are confirmed - but once you go there, it's closed. I guess... they don't want customers to begin with. Read more

Been using this subway in person and with DoorDash for years. Last night they refused to take my DoorDash order because the... owner says they won?t take DoorDash orders over $50. The dasher was standing there, I spoke to them on the phone and theywouldn?t do it even though they approved and conformed the order, and we had already waited for our food. They said ?well youcould come here and we can make your order.? What? I had a starving family of six with hungry kids melting down, delaying bedtime, cutting into date night and now had to figure out another dinner option. The fact that they don?t care about customers whospend $1000s with subway is unbelievable. Subway franchisees in general are always trying to cut corners like giving singleinstead of doh or portions for wraps as advertised and the app NEVER works. Read more

For the price we've to pay for a sandwich they be a little generous on the serving on the meats and tuna fish.

On Tuesday 3/2/2021 - I went to this location for lunch. I have not ate at Subway in awhile so I was not sure which meats were... on which sandwich. I asked the young Woman Employee (of a Foreign Nationality) what meat was on the Italian Sub she pointed atthe meats like she could not talk. I asked what meat comes on the Subway Melt and she pointed to the meats again. After I waspaying for my food she snatched the $20 bill from my hand, and when it was time to give me my change she just dropped it in myhand. (There was an older Employee behind the counter as well.) I said Thank You and she didn't say anything ..... so I saidYou're Welcome and left. Don't go to this subway. I was there two weeks ago and I literally waited approximately 15 before I left the place. The guy... making the sandwiches was extremely rude with every customer that was there, you could see he didn't want to be there. Guy wasvery sarcastic and unpolite. A homeless woman was there with all her bags and she was going to the bathroom like ten times. Icouldn't take it anymore so I left. I was driving around the area today and decided to give this place a second chance which Iregret deeply. This time was a woman that was there and she acted the same exact way as the previous guys. Very unprofessional,very rude, customer service sucks and the bread was definitely from the day before, very hard. Not walking into this placeuntil new people start working there. Read more
