This morning I went in before work for breakfast in the Veazie location. I waited 15 min. and I would do so again. There was... only 1 girl working this morning (03/02/22) and the drive thru was so busy, she had customers waiting inside yet, she manage tokeep calm and stay positive and she hurried to get everyone's order in a timely manner. She also apologized to each customerfor the extended wait. That's great customer service given her circumstances. Well done! Read more
More often than not our order is wrong or incomplete and it takes forever. You?re much better off going to the dunkin in... downtown Bangor if you want what you actually ordered. Read more

Sigh. This is a perfect picture of what to expect at this location. This was my children's overpriced spider donuts - nothing... spider about it. We were told to "have a nice day" 3x before we actually got our entire order - which we had to have remade.This is every time we are here. I give up. Read more

Just stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes. There was probably 6 or 7 people working there and each one noticed I was... standing there waiting, and no one helped me or even bothered to say anything, Just continued doing what they were doing(working, chatting with co workers, ect) after standing there a bit I even rung their bell and no one came over. Drive thru is slow sometimes but this isn't a stand alone Dunkin Donuts as it is inside a Trade winds gas station. Coffee is... always hot and the food is fresh. No issues here with anything like that. The inside is clean and well maintained. The one issueI can say is, is that it is hard to notice that there is in fact a Dunkin Donuts inside. My favorite sandwich here,, whileexpensive, is the sweet brown sugar Chipotle bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Absolutely delicious! Please Dunkin Donuts,continue this promotion forever and make this sandwich a mainstay on the menu! Also please bring back the apple and spice donut! Read more
Got a coffee made just for me and the employee was great. She is overworked as we all are right now but still had a great... attitude. God bless her and all of us that have to deal with critical customers that can't appreciate what we deal with on adaily basis. Be kind.
