Used to love this place, been coming for years! Love the staff! Always amazing. Unfortunately they have a new manager, he is... terrible! He is rude, no personality, no eye contact, no engagement, no positive interaction at all. I have observed him now onmore than one occasion and he is always the same. Doesn?t care one bit about his customer service. After 5 years of commitment,I will go elsewhere. There are too many options for coffee now a days. If you don?t have the customer service you will lose thebusiness to other places that do! It is unfortunate. Try Blue Bottle or Alfred?s. Both right there and both have management thatare amazing! My favorite coffee roaster in L.A. and the best coffee in all over California. No matter if you want tea, chai, cappuccino, or... speciality coffee - all the drinks are ready good and prepared by expert baristas. Best iced mocha in Los Angeles hands down. Not too sweet, not too bitter - just right, and made properly! Espresso mixed w/... chocolate, then milk added on top of ice. I wish they had bigger sizes! Staff is always friendly and quick, plenty of seatinginside. Good vibes. Read more
