Been to this location for years. Staff are always friendly. They let all customer try the ice cream again. Yay! But still love... the Brownie Gooey and salted Caramel. Miss the Stumptown Coffee or Coffee Bourbon. Wanna have them everyday. ???? Read more
I?ve been here several times and usually I think it?s a little overrated, but the monthly flavors right now (cereal themed) are... really good! I got the snap and crackle (rice crispy/marshmallow) and it was really good. The employee who was helping me waswearing a really fun hat and just had a really good energy about her. She was patient with all our questions and gave reallygood recommendations. It was hands down my best S & S experience! Read more
Very good ice cream! Unique flavors. The line is usually pretty long, but luckily i didn't have to wait! This time i tried the... cinnamon snicker doodle which tastes a lot like cinnamon toast crunch which was my fave as a kid. Read more
I visited the abbot Kinney location in Venice beach, California. Terrible experience. Walking in, the female server, Bo/Beau was... not friendly nor welcoming. I felt like we had to provide a health history to receive service. The store should simply stopoffering samples instead of asking for age, allergies, vaccine status, and identification. It?s personal. Simply serve the icecream to paying customer. I am fully aware of my allergies. Also, don?t offer a restroom and not be willing to give out the codeto customers. Following, we found hair on our ice cream, instead of attending to our request of a replacement cone, Bo/Beau toldus to wait as she continued to refill ice cream. Terrible. Read more
Love this place! Ice cream is really great. I wanna taste as much flavors i could but o don?t want to purchase so much that I... could not eat it. So the beautiful girl offered to do half and half of their best seller, sea salt and cookie dough. She alsooffered that i could taste as much flavors that i want. I told her i wanted to try the honey lavender but afraid that i mightnot like it if i get a whole scoop. So she scooped a tiny bit on top. The place is also nice to just sit and people watch. I didn't really like the flavors here. I heard that the honey lavender is good, but to me it felt like eating a lavender... perfume. My friends liked it though so it depends on your preference. I got the strawberry coconut flavor - it was just meh. Read more
