Superba Food + Bread in Venice Beach is a beautiful bakery cafe with a spacious rustic chic dinning hall and sunny outdoor... dining area. I stopped by one day and had a couple of pastries. Vibe was great, service was ok. The twice baked croissant issweet and tasty, but the two halves were completely separated. Walked up without a reservation for brunch around 1115am on a Saturday morning in summer. Was able to be seated immediately... outside in the patio area. We had our dog with us and they offered water which was nice. Ordered coffee which came quickly andthen food. Ordered the breakfast sandwich and the turkey BLTA. The breakfast sandwich is on a croissant style brioche burger bunwhich was a bit flaky and sweet. The arugula that was in it was wilted. It didn’t have too much flavor but the smashedpotatoes that came with it were awesome. Ordered a side of aioli for those and that was great. The turkey BLTA comes onsourdough bread (high top loaf). It has a really nice rosemary mayonnaise type sauce on it which was good but a bit overpoweringwith the rosemary flavor. The avo, tomato and turkey were all fresh and crisp. Was $50 for two people not including tip. Theplates are basic and they could add to the vibe with nicer presentation and plates. Okay for friends brunch catch up butdidn’t absolutely love the food. Amazing food (such good flavors)! Awesome atmosphere! Such a nice place! We got the "Bread + All Four Spreads" which was soooo... good. Also got Grilled Beats dish which again was great! These two together easily feed 2 decently hungry people. Read more
Food was very overpriced, portions were small, service was not good neither( post Covid labor shortage, which I understand). Do... not order the prosciutto toast, you can make it at home even you have no cooking skill. Steak salad was couple piece of lettuceas you can see from the picture and the source on the steak awful, it ruined the steak itself. Read more

Liked it's foods a lot, SPECIALLY the pastries!!???????????????? They also offer their own sauces and more, check them... out!???????? Great, ample place, lots of sitting spots (and still so packed!! There's a reason for it!????). Staff is veryfriendly and speedy, portions have a good size, food comes out fast. Highly recommended!???????? Read more
