Will never go to tacos por favor again. Tacos por Favor WAS, a really nice place. and my review was a 5 star. But the last 3... times I went with my wife it was a disaster! Totally dirty and with homeless inside. The smell of the place was so bad that wedecide not to eat there. Hope this help other consumers. Read more

Amazing hard tacos, some of the best I've had outside of Mexico. I would go back to LA just for this.
This place is a gem hiding in plain sight. It doesn't look like much from the outside, and the atmosphere inside doesn't really... add anything. But the food: delicious. The large menu covers a wide swath of Mexican cuisine. Soft tacos, hard tacos,burritos, plates, and many other options. The variety of tacos I had for lunch today were all delicious. They're not fancy, butthey're perfectly cooked and seasoned. Just the right amount of sauce so that they're juicy but not swimming. This isdefinitely a restaurant I will return to in the future. There is seating inside, and a small selection of chairs and tables infront of and on the side of the restaurant outside. Read more
Great Mexican food, reasonably priced, large portions. I ordered a chile relleno burrito, but I got a chile verde burrito, I... guess they misheard me. The burrito was humongous with tons of delicious meat, enough for two meals. Glad they made themistake, lol. Read more
Had great tacos for lunch here :) nothing fancy but totally yummy
French Police band and I visited this place during our stay there. We came all the way from Chicago and this place did not... disappoint! I really wish I took a before and after picture, but the fact that I finished my plate says it all. Plus they giveyou a side of tortilla chips with every order. Prices were moderately fair considering some places in Chicago charge $5 pertaco. This was about $3 per taco. If we ever play in LA again, we?re definitely coming back. Read more
Tacos Por Favor Cost:$$ (1 person) My dine-in experience was not as good as I would have liked. The staff seemed over worked,... the food portions where large and difficult to eat i.e. burrito was so big and spilled out of tortilla. If you are ok withthat, than no problem. The bathrooms need service and repair. They have a lock on the door to prevent non-customers so, itshould be cleaner. I am not a local there however maybe this is a good place for the locals. Suggestion: the owners need tothink about their staff and customers. Read more
