We went there for brunch and we ordered three different meals. I think the food was decent but overpriced. The atmosphere was... super nice and may make the money worthwhile for some. A lot of sunlight and pretty colors. The atacado toast was the best amongour three choices including the waffle. Coffee was good too. Read more

The first time we visited we loved everything (the food, atmosphere, and service). The second time we visited was super... disappointing. Our server was pretty good in the beginning and then her service went downhill towards the end. We ordered thecountry breakfast and the biscuit and sausage were yummy. The eggs were okay and the hash browns were not flavorful. The wafflehad a nice lemon flavor, but once it got a cold, it got hard. The majority of the staff was super pleasant (gentlemen behindthe bar and near the coffee station). The decor and atmosphere was still beautiful. We would give them one last shot, however, not for breakfast. Read more

Great place for breakfast, I went back two days in a row. The staff was supper nice, everyone was friendly. They had an... excellent self of vegetarian breakfast food. I especially liked the vegan breakfast sausages and the lemon waffles. Not a hugeamount of vegan options, most of the items had eggs. The pastries were also very good. My friend had a matcha scone, and while abit suspicious at first really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend for an easy venice beach breakfast. Read more

The food was decent but the tables outside are incredibly small and definitely do not fit any more than 1.5 people. Killed the... vibe for sure. The strawberry beret drink is tiny for $17 and the mushroom calamari just tasted like fried batter. There weresome larger pieces where you could taste the mushroom. The iced chai latte tasted kind of watery to top it off. +1 star forthe server who seemed like they were reading our minds when they brought over two things that we wanted but didn?t order. I visited for a weekday brunch with two others and we had wonderful service from Billie! Everyone enjoyed their dishes but I was... a bit unfortunate as I found a hair on my plate (vegan lemon waffles). The staff replaced this without any hesitation but as myguests has finished their dishes before mine arrived, I asked for it to be put in a takeaway box. I didn?t know the Chantillycream was put next to the hot lemon waffles so when I got home it was a puddle so I couldn?t enjoy it as planned. Read more

After a long day of touring colleges, we found this place for dinner and rushed over because it was very late and they close at... 10pm. It?s amazing at how busy it was on a Monday night at 9:30pm which just confirms how good it is. We ordered a few smallplates including Cauliflower and roasted potatoes along with a local beer and dinner was just about perfect. The staff isfriendly and our waitress was impossibly beautiful but then again, LA is the land of beautiful people. I really appreciate thefact this is a vegetarian restaurant and it proves you can make excellent food without meat. I love to make cauliflower at homebut after having it here at the Butchers Daughter, I?m going to modify my recipe. I?m not sure when I?ll be back in the area butI?ll definitely stop here again if given a chance. Read more

Great open feel & vibe inside. Food was awesome. We started with the mushroom calamari, spicy kale ceasar and soup of the day... (creamy cauliflower ????), and ended the meal with pad thai and the caramelized onion & pear pizza. Everything we had wasincredible. HIGHLY recommend. Read more
