Got there early (4:30 PM) and a relaxing dinner with friend. Our server Nick was very attentive w/o rushing us. The place filled... up and there was a long wait when we left at 6. Step mom said the were praised in a FB Venice Foodie post recently. Read more
Our friends made reservations, very busy. But just had to wait, max 10 min. Incredible staff all the way around. Was spotless,... table's cleaned asap, very impressed. My husband ordered steak and shrimp. Server fantastic. But when she asked all ok. We hadto say No. Shrimp cold, broccoli was mush. Took it back. Then "SKY" manager talked with us. Apologies up and down, and took itoff our bill. Sky was amazing, style and grace. Making our night perfect. We will come back. Thank you Sky very much. Read more
It's been a few years since I've been to a Bonefish restaurant. In the past, it was on my list of restaurants for having dinner... on special occasions like birthdays and holidays, etc. A few weeks ago I visited Bonefish again for the first time in probably 2or 3 years. Disappointingly, in my opinion, the quality of food, and the overall dinning experience has fallen to a level thathas made me reconsider my highly held opinion of this place. After this last dining experience, sadly, I really have no desireto eat there again. The food wasn't horrible, but it certainly wasn't delicious like it used to be here, and certainly doesn'tdeserve the premium prices they charge for a product that has dropped so far in quality. I was hesitant to leave such a harshreview of a place I used to hold in such high regard. I hope in the future they will bring their quality of food and overalldinning experience back to the level it once was. Read more
Victoria was our server. She was great, professional and very friendly. Besides, her accent was beyond adorable. The food was... also very good, I had the Mahi and shrimp and it was delicious. I will come back. Read more
Not great. 2 in our party ordered steak....one was with lobster. Both dinners were cold. One person had corn chowder with what... was listed on the menu as lump crab. More like some flakes. And everyone knows never to send a meal back. The bill $250 plustip. Not happy. Read more
Just had dinner and drinks here in Venice. I just wants to give our waitress Maria a 10! She was very pleasant, accommodating,... and helpful. I spilled some of the bread oil on my shirt and she went out of her way to get some soda water and a napkin so Icould remove the stain. Thank You Maria, You are the best!!! Read more
