The service is great as far as being polite, informative, & reassuring, however the food does not match the service. I order the... same thing everyday & get a different price everyday. Love rally?s!!! Always have. Only downside was they charge you extra for more than one sauce when you know for your chicken box... you need more than one sauce. Will still continue to go back. Read more
Finally downloaded the app, because the 2/$4 sandwiches are awesome for me at work, and the store is close enough to work that... my sandwiches don't get soggy! I've ordered a Checkerburger (cheese is extra) and a Spicy Chicken almost every night this week! Read more

Hi. I entered the drive-thru before realizing I didn't have my wallet on me all I had was $2. So I ordered the smallest... cheeseburger and explain to the girl what ihappened and how I love their shakes there. Anyway she said that'll be a $1.50 andif there is anything else I'd like on my cheeseburger and I said the works. I get to the window am handed the cheeseburger withfries hot and crispy and a chocolate milkshake! Just coming back from 4 hours at the doctors and having a CT scan whichdiagnosed as diverticulitis, I was hungry and in pain I was stunned that this wonderful redhead and a little lady in the backthat was helping, gave me a meal. Complete with my favorite chocolate. Who DOES that?! Checkers fan for life. And shamrock Rd/41checkers turned my painful morning into sunshine & flowers! I am 67 and NEVER had been treated so well. I normally love Checkers/Rallys but the kids serving my order were hungover and argumentative about a promotion clearly... advertised. My fries were cold too. Other than my experience was okay.
