Don't waste your hard earned money in this nasty place! Disgustingly filthy restuarant. Our party of 3 almost lost our table to... people who walked in 15 mins after us because the hostess doesn't know how to call out "name, party of whatever", but insteadjust calls out "party of #?" and anyone can claim it. The dining hall was so, so gross. From ceiling to floor. Our party of 3personally watched in absolute disgust and horror the hostess, who also serves as a busser, "clean" 4 tables with a single drynapkin. No disinfectant or anything. One napkin wiping all 4 tables and throwing all the garbage on the bench seats and floor.Our fault for not walking out the door right then and there. Food came and it tasted awful. Lukewarm, frozen then microwavedflavor at best. My husband beers came in 2 hot mugs. My margerita was served in beer glasses. Our salsa came in a cheap to gocup. When we complained nicely to our waiter who was ok, he just told us that they try to hire older people there, but he'lltell the manager. Didn't go get the manager. Don't think the manager honestly even cares based on all we experienced. I'msurprised this place is still up and running...it needs to be shut down or fire everyone and hire new management and clean thehell out of the place before reopening. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had, and I've had a couple bad ones. Will NEVER goback. Sick to my stomach over the whole experience and complete waste of my hard earned money. Read more
Visited Venice Chili's for lunch today. We haven't eaten there in over a year. What a change! The restuarant is filthy. Looks... like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Old food on the floors, dust everywhere, table was sticky. I shudder to thinkwhat the kitchen looks like. The service was mediocre at best. When arriving at chili's we were the only ones in restaurant. 11am. We ordered and soup was o ly luck warm. Meals came out and... my crispy crisper were not crispy. Sent them back then got the new ones they were not even battered for crispy crisper justfried chicken. They tried the third time and they just smelled like burnt oil. They did not charge me for my meal but myhusband had to sit and eat in front of me and his burger was not right either. I will never eat in that chili's I. Vienceflorida again. We've been coming to this establishment quite often. Lately things have changed for the worse. I am not putting blame on the... staff that was there but the lack of. We sat at the bar. Took quite a while to get our order placed. As we were there we watchedmany people that were waiting in the entrance and never acknowledged walk back out. Not a great way to run a business. Read more
Short staffed. Waitress was constantly running trying to catch up. Did an all right job. 2 star is for cleanliness. I knew... someone that applied there, with experience, as a server and was told that they only have one server during lunch. How can youexpect repeat customers if the service is slow. Ac vents had black mold on the ceiling registers. Someone needs to clean thisplace and properly staff it. Sounds like a Management change would make sense. Read more
Six of us stopped one evening about 8:00. It was not crowded and people were leaving as we entered so there was some dirty... tables although they were cleaned after we were seated. Server was very good. He took our orders and brought us food and checkedon us several times. Read more
The restaurant was so Dirty. Food wasn't good. My chicken came out cold like it was pre grilled and sliced the middle was cold... but cooked....Definitely was our last time at this location. The dirt and dust was so thick on the air registers directly aboveour table. Read more
Kyle our server did a great job. 5 stars for him 3 out of 4 meals were fine. I ordered burger no bun but received a battered... deep fried chicken. (I?m gluten free) returned plate and got a nice fresh burger (20 minutes later after my family finishedtheir meals) and they brought me back my original French fries that were now stale and inedible Luckily I got to pay for it asif it was a meal you could eat.
