I have to say the shock I am in from what I just saw take place. I came in and ordered my food. While I was standing there... waiting for my food , I had nothing to do but watch them make it. They were preparing each item that I ordered and as theypackaged it, they placed it on a counter until they were all done and ready to bag it. Well, the teenager boy working there ( Ibelieve it was the owners son) took a piece of my sweet and sour chicken out of its container and put it in his mouth. I waiteduntil it was all bagged and handed to me and I brought it to the owners ( mothers) attention. She spoke to him and said to me.Oh that wasn?t yours that he took it from. The food was beyond horrible and chewy, greasy, bland and 500 degrees scalding hot and not cooling down even a tiny bit after 15... minutes is just weird. And way overpriced at $10.11 per plate for the combo plates (though online it showed the prices at $7.65per plate). So disappointed! Read more
I had to change my review! I just spent a lot of money for my family?s supper?. This place is definitely NOT the same as it was... pre-Pandemic? The Wonton soup was tasteless; the Crab Rangoons were not cooked and the cheese was hard as a rock; the SesameChicken tasted strange; and, the sweet n sour sauce tasted like metal ?- something is definitely NOT right! I called them rightaway ? and will go speak with them tomorrow on my day off? very, very disappointing? for a birthday celebration supper the onlygood thing were the egg rolls?. We tried it for the first time tonight and it was delicious. Have to give it 5 stars because the food was hot and tasted great.... Best Wonton and Egg Drop soup we've had in a while. The Moo Goo Gai Pan was tasty and loaded with mushrooms. Husband lovedthe Szechuan Chicken ordered medium spicy and said it was perfect. We will definitely be back!! Read more
Best Chinese take out in Venice! Free WonTon soup with a $30.00 order. Generous portions of classic Chinese food with great... selection at good prices. I love the family business with the son working at one of the tables at dinner time doing hishomework on a laptop. The food was prepared to order and didn?t take long to get packaged get us out the door on the way homefor dinner and a movie. Convenient location. Friendly fast service. Lots of parking. The worse Chinese food ever. The hot and spicy beef was not hot or spicy. I asked for the beef to be cooked well done. It was... raw.
