We went down there the first time were very impressed and we decided to go back again to give it another menu item a try. We... had a minor snafu with our meal and I called the manager the next day. Mary was very gracious and nice and went out of their wayto make it right. 2 days later we went in to get the makeup meal. The young lady at the counter was very professional and niceand so was the young man cooking the food and preparing the meals by the pickup window, he was very cordial and friendly and itdid not bother him at all that he had to make another meal for us for free. The dinner was so delicious the Southwest BBQ is offthe chain and the cornbread was just the perfect extra side order. I highly recommend this restaurant I'll be back, great food,great people, great service... it's the perfect combination. Read more
Great place! To-go and sit down. Food was delicious. I got the pulled chicken sandwich, which was nicely done, and not to salty.... With just the right amount of sauce. We will be returning soon to use there dog-friendly patio. Read more
Crave BBQ was the best BBQ I've had in the Venice area! The staff was friendly and amazing and service was quick. The owner... offered beer samples and gave suggestions for what he thought I'd like based on my taste. Definitely recommend trying Crave ifyou haven't already!! Read more
Not much of a menu. My first observation was that the menu is located directly above the person taking your order and right... inside the entrance thus very hard to read as there were several people in line when I got there. While waiting for everyone toarrive I noticed that the wings, tots, and fries were sitting under heat lamp and it appeared that they were not fresh. I wasthere for an additional 15-20 minutes and they were still there. You guessed it. I did not order fries. I ordered hot dogs andthey were not great, just ok. I don?t think I will return and I will not recommend it to my friends. Read more

The food looks soooo good online, which isn't how it looks when you get it. So disappointing. The flavor of everything we... ordered was so, so and lukewarm. For the price, it really should have been better. The prices match those of asit-down/server-based restaurant. ($30 and only $3.5 worth of beer.) As well, there's a huge bottle-neck at the front when youenter. You walk right into a line of people. There's not nearly enough room to see the only menus (on screen) while standingamong people and tables with people eating at them. (People, people, people.) The beer wall area is too narrow, aswell. Speaking of the beer wall, although it's a cool concept and you only pay for what you get, you have to pay after yourmeal. There's no way for you to know where or who to pay. BTW, they could use a BBQ sauce wall. Not every table needs thosehuge bottles sitting there - they take a lot of space. It's really confusing there and the food's not good enough to make upfor it. I went in thinking it would be good, we got the hand menu and there not much to go off of so my table just order hot dogs and... fries. It seems good but I didn?t finish my meal. My issue is after. I?ve never had a hot dog and fries that made you vomitright after eating it massive amounts of diarrhea. The food wasn?t hot. I?ve been vomiting and having diarrhea since after Ileft. I feel absolutely horrible and it wasn?t just me feeling this way my son and boyfriend also are having the same issues. Read more
