The only impressive thing about this place was Cheyenne. The girl taking the order kept repeating everything back wrong. My tea... spilled on me when it was handed to me and they left out my fries, when Cheyenne asked if I needed anything else I told her Istill needed my fries. Her manager sent her back out to ask about the order and ask if it had fries. Can the manager not readthe screen that clearly states fries? I understand why service is lacking if that's the type of manager they have. You followthe example you are given and unfortunately they have a poor one to follow. Read more
Our first time in a Culver's. Very impressed with the facility and the food. Place was neat and clean. Staff was great and... gave us a quick overview of what they had on the menu. Impressed they even bring your food to your table when it's ready. Sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Fries were excellent ????. I think we'll be back. Read more
Staff always pleasant, food stays hot and fresh all the way home, and pretty prompt with service. Will definitely be back.
First time at Culver's in Venice, Florida. First company that doesn't fabricate their advertising ? All employees were... exceeding friendly and helpful. They have more sandwiches besides delicious Butter Burgers, normally don't eat the French fries, wow, I ate everyone of them. Read more
Avoid this Culver's. This is what they served me last night, someone actually walked this sorry excuse for food out and hand... delivered it to me in my car with an order of ff in the bag. This is their famous "butter burger" with added bacon. AbsolutelyShameful! McDonald's wouldn't even serve this garbage. I normally go to the Culver's on Jacaranda. I will not return to thisone, ever! Pretty tasty. Burger and trimmings were fresh and the cheese curds were soft, warm, and perfectly battered. Friendly staff and... very clean restaurant. First time here but not the last. Read more
We love Culver's, probably because we're from Wisconsin. While the restaurants haven't caught on in FL the way they have in WI... (yet), some things are consistent: food & prep quality is good, service is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. Read more
