I'm a teacher at Sky Academy in Venice, FL. I tried calling just to see how far away this location was from the school. Im... rewading my students for good behavior with the substitute. They are counting on these treats this week. However, when I called,the first woman I spoke with hung up on me after I asked if I could speak with the manager or if she was the manager. Iimmediately called back and after three tries, the "manager" picked up. She rushed me off the phone and told me she had no ideahow far the school was and that was it. Horrible location to get in and out of. Ordered avocado toast, hash brown, egg and cheese croissant, snackin bacon and egg... sandwich with no cheese. The bacon had one piece of bacon crumbled up, put cheese on the egg sandwich and the hash browns wereburnt and soggy and tasted old. Did the survey and asked to be contacted and said yes. It stated 2-3 business days. That wasover a week ago! Will not return to this location. Read more
I really need to find a new place. My order is seldom correct. Most of the time I am on my way to work so I don't have time to... return. My avacardo toast not even toasted this morning. I can order the same coffee and get it made several different ways. Ifeel like saying just give me what you want because that is what you are going to do anyway. What is with scrapping the cookiesheet outside on the ground in the drive thru for? I often wonder are they using that same cookie sheet for food? Read more
How disappointing to order a $6 coffee and them giving you NONE of it correct. My order: 3 cream, 2 sugar, 1 pump mocha. What... did I receive? 5 cream, 1 SPLENDA , 3 mocha. I get that things could be worse, but if I pay for coffee I want the correctingredients that I ordered??? I pay money for this service and you aren?t providing said service. If this was the first or eventhe 6th time this has happened I wouldn?t be reviewing. I?ll just stop getting dunkin all together.. it would be cheaper to makeit all myself at this point. Read more
We tried the new brown sugar cream cold brew. Delicious! Definately will have again. Very good service and lots of sitting area.
Went through the drive thru, dude taking the orders seemed very confused even though My order was really quite simple; I seemed... to know more about their menu than he did. They gave me the wrong drink (literally even the sticker printed on it said somethingother than what I ordered) and my friend went inside to get a new one for me. The dude inside gave my friend such a hard timeabout it even saying after he remade it that it ?looked the same? This place is a mess. Disorganized chaos. They screwed up my order yesterday AND today. The little queen with the long ?glamour... length?, black fingernails served up plenty of bad attitude with my incorrect order? are those nails hygienic? Yuck.
