This place is lacking in all areas; customer service, cleanliness, food quality (barely cooked food), and inventory (basically... out of donuts by 7:30am). If the actions/ attitude of a business reflect on those managing them, it might be time to cleanhouse. The price gouging at this location is also incredible; other Duncan's in this area charge almost .70 less per item. Lastvisit to this location; so over you. Read more
This is consistently the worst Dunkins. Never open. When they are, you would think since not very busy, they would pay... attention to order, and get it right. 2 creams, 3 sugars. Comes looking like milk so she dumps some out and it is literallywatered down. Like water with a splash of coffee. Wanted a domut also and 5 tries before they had one available. Read more
Ordered a Large Hot Caramel Latte from the drive-through. After I left and took a sip it was nothing more than American coffee... with a little cream and caramel in it. I paid almost $6 dollars for water and coffee. This is not the only Dunkin that has donethat. Im starting to think that it is being done purposely and not from lack of training. 5/23/22. 2:30 pm. I placed a mobile order for the drive-thru here and it went smoothly. They have a couple of tables for outdoor seating.
Great service. Everyone there was friendlier than your average food service place. Oh how badly I wanted those fresh donuts. We... had the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. SO DISAPPOINTED! I love donuts and Dunkin' Donuts was my place to go for breakfast to a quick sweet fix but this place is the... worst, terrible service, they gave me the wrong order like my last visit they gave me 2 nasty stale donuts which wasn't the onesI asked for and, a muffin completely raw in the middle!!!. The only positive was that the lady servicing the drive through was nice. Otherwise, seemed like this place was pretty much out... of everything, at 11am on a weekday. They were out of specialty cookie butter donuts, and even basic flavors such as glazeddonuts or even the mini holes. Out of the options they listed, I chose a vanilla donut and they gave me some kind of chocolateone, which was basically inedible. Because we wanted to try anything cookie butter item from their seasonal menu (and they wereout of those donuts), we ordered two cookie butter cold brews. It wasn't until later on that we noticed they were regular coldbrews drinks, and they tasted really bad. Also inedible. Summary, they were out of most items, and furthermore got our orderwrong at a reasonable time on a weekday, and whatever we tried tasted horrible. Read more
