My worst experience at a Dunkin' Donuts ever. After school I went there with my friend; my friend is from China and she never... had a Dunkin' Donut. I told my friend you got have it a least once. One of checklist what to try in America. =) Well we arrivedand we were ignored by the staff. They knew they had costumers, and after waiting for a long time the teenager girl asked me,"What can I get for you", and she did not even look at my face. =/ People working there seems to be teenagers forced by theirparents to find a job and clearly they hate every minute. I asked about a drink and they had no knowledge of their own menu, andto complete the table was not clean. My friend was trying to make the table nice while I was trying to make an order. =( Read more

Have not once had a correct order here, but I wanted to wait to post. Among other incorrect items in my order, this is the one... that put me over. Everything bagel with cream cheese, instead given a normal bagel with whatever sad serving size of cheese thatis. I was the only customer in the drive thru at the time of ordering. Lady in the window was nice and witty, though, so thatwas nice. Unfortunately for her, I heard the staff tell her they didn?t feel like getting the hash browns out of the cooler so Iwas told they were unavailable after ordering and paying for them. Sheesh. I ordered HOT coffee, was given to me not even lukewarm. It must have been sitting around in a pot for hours. Terrible. When you... want hot coffee the worst thing is when it's at this stage! On a positive note, the girl at the drive thru window was very nice.I would not come back here. Read more

I love Dunkin when they get my order right. But today my order was awful. Hash browns are my favorite but when I buy two of them... and I can?t even eat one hashbrown without wanting to throw up, it?s pretty awful. My hash browns were hard, old, and tastedlike where it was cooked was never cleaned?. Ever. I am also pregnant. So that is absolutely disgusting. Next I asked for aneverything bagel toasted with light butter or butter one the side. I got a untoasted, room temperature bagel and no butter whatso ever. Disappointed in how many times this has happened Dunkin. This time was just the worst one. Might not be back to Dunkinfor a while since I am probably feeding myself and my child dirty old food. Would love some new hash browns and a decently goodeverything bagel but I am worried I will have food poisoning in a few hours. Yucky dunkin. Read more

Horrific, and I mean horrific customer service. I have even heard the manager complaining about how much she hates employees to... me, a customer in the drive-through. That?s ridiculous. My food is always cold and never cooked all the way. They?re sloppy, Inever see them wear gloves. I received attitude after attitude from every single employee I?ve encountered there. They?reincredibly unhelpful with any questions I might have it had absolutely no interest in serving anybody. Go take a customerservice class and come back and try again. The worst dunkin I?ve ever been to and it?s too bad for a brand new plaza Read more

This is the second time we have been there. First time the guy waited on us at the drive though was under a lot of stress. This... time we thought was going to be better but, we were wrong. We asked for the simplest things bagels with light cream cheese andHashbrowns. We got to the beach to enjoy our food we got and the HBs were burned and there was almost no any cream cheese on oneof them. Plus she asked us if we wanted them toasted or not we said to toast them. I don't know why she asked because they didnot even toast them. What a big disappointment it was. We should have just gone to a burger King. Not going back to the DDuntil we read better reviews. Let me start off by saying i have been coming here for a year now multiple times a week before school. i attend scf, and stop at... dunkin on my way there almost everyday. For the last year now, 9/10 visits, there is something wrong. I am a fan of the bagelminis, but only from other dunkin?s. every time i get them at this location, they are completely frozen cream cheese in themiddle, or super burnt like this. I don?t understand what is so hard about toasting a bagel mini, the other locations seem tohave it down pretty good. if i had to guess, it?s most likely because they are busy and too lazy, and toss them in the microwavefor 10 seconds. This is what i get when i ask them to be cooked in the middle, not frozen. i get a huge sigh, ?we?re busy?remark, and burnt bagels. How come this is everytime? Also the lack of hospitality and kindness is horrible. i?ve always beenkind, always tip, and they greet me with a frown face and attitude because i ask for my bagels to be cooked?. sorry i don?twanna pay for FROZEN BAGELS. Reviews work! As a Google reviewer I should know this. But I also try to experience establishments for those who read our... reviews. So despite the very poor reviews for this Dunkin I thought I?d give it a try. I?m sorry to say I have nothing toreview other than the absolute horrendous service. Or rather should I say complete lack of service. I waited inside at thecounter from 7:04 to 7:20 with out a simple greeting. The 3 employees walked around filling drive thru orders. Many times theywould walk right up to where I was to grab something and never even acknowledged me. Now as a former restaurant GM, I can saythis, there is absolutely no excuse for such terrible hospitality. Even when you are busy performing duties when a customerwalks in you welcome them and let them know you?ll be with them shortly. It let?s the customer know they matter. It let?s thecustomer know your grateful that they chose to spend money in your establishment. I could go on. Needless to say, I just walkedout. This is on the manager. Again, managers make the difference. Managers must lead by example! And if no managers are on dutythen the lead person MUST reflect the same disposition and lead the team in a professional way. Whoever the owner is, dosomething, you have to care about your investment. Your in the food and beverage industry. Customers SHOULD matter. Wellen Parkfuture residents, if this is the service you can expect, well, how disappointing for you. My advice, skip this Dunkin, Publixis literally in the same parking lot, and Publix has a wonderful bakery with exceptional baked goods, including soft freshdoughnuts! Read more
