My cousin, sister, and I came earlier today (Venice fl Tamiami trail Dunkin) and was greeted by a extremely nice man. He has... black hair and glasses, sadly we didn't get his name but he was so sweet and super happy. He was happy and energetic from whenwe first ordered, then once we got to the window he put a smile on all of our faces and had the sweetest smile. The WORST dunkin i?ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order at 7:20 pm 40 MINUTES before they close and they claimed they claim... they didn?t get my mobile order which i?m sure they wouldn?t know if they did or not since the closed way earlier then they weresupposed to. I recommend never going there because they are rude and need to fix their hours if they?re going to close earlierthan their supposed to. Read more

I usually don't get Dunkin because it can be hit or miss but my order today was absolute perfection. The coffee tasted wonderful... and wasn't overly sweet, the has browns had a perfect crisp to them, and the sandwich was delicious! The girl who was workingaround 930AM today was very pleasant despite appearing to be working by herself. 10/10 would go back again to this location ???? Read more
