Terrible. Guy at the window was laughing and fooling around with other employees....didn't put the lemon in my Diet Coke and my... ice cream cone was falling to the side ...he handed it to me and said "complain about me if you want to" and he continued tolaugh and carry on with other employees.. so here it is.The Order should be correct and if you forget something you should fixit before I drive off...I would like my order refunded or replaced please let me know! Total mess of an order and for some reason at night they don?t cook anything Fresh! The fries are like rubber and the buns are... hard! I don?t want to continually tell people to Prepare my food fresh especially when I?m going out of my home at 9pm. Usuallythat store is great during the day but the night crew are are wasting payrolL I owned my own business for 46 years and no waywas a manager not present during evening hours I Had to loop around the building because the order was incorrect and still theyhand me stale food and someone?s ice cream but I gave it back! I'm sorry but their prices need to drop somehow. Even from dollar menu and one # meal is always between $35-50 for 3 kids and 2... adults! Gosh, it's not worth the price and I got sick like some other members in my house! I still gave it 5 stars for reasonsof service but I'm done paying that much for fast food. Whose with me to start a petition to get the fast food industryrestaurants to lower their prices and make it a practical place to eat, I think they have brought up all prices without anyonenoticing, by cents being added on slowly and over time, now they are all richer than Trump! We did mobile app today and 2 days ago. Both times our order was not right. Today I went back to let them know and the manager... was nasty. I told her I was upset because the first time I let it slide but today I came back. I ask her how hard it was to getan order right, and she says " "well you can apply cause we are short handed and the kids here are working their summervacation". Then she hands me my food and says "there's a application in the bag for you". Not professional at all. She does notlook professional at all either!!! Will not be going back to this McDs!!!!! i asked for a cheeseburger with no onions and no pickles. When I got to the first window, they said only no pickles. I said no... also no onions. they then proceeded to hand me a cheeseburger that had a lot of onions on it they obviously cannot listen tosimple instructions, and the workers were rude and not polite at all.
