This Taco Bell location used to be great but lately it?s gone down hill. I order a cheese quesadilla every time and the last 5... times the cheese was straight up not melted at all. Just grated cheese in a tortilla. Last time there was barely any cheese justa drop of sauce! See pic Sad??? Read more

The crunch wraps we ordered (both of them) were cold in middle. Everything else was good.

I'm not sure if they're understaffed or just mismanaged, but this store seems to close whenever they feel like it. I've pulled... in at 9pm once to see the employees driving away yelling"We're closed" from their window. Tonight around 9:30 was a similarthing. Cars pulling up to the speaker, then leaving after waiting for a few minutes with no response. 2 stars instead of 1 Incase they're understaffed, but seriously, corporate should step in if this keeps happening. Ordered a quesolupa(sp?) and 3 crunchy tacos with no lettuce and tomato. Recieved my meal and I was missing a taco and my whole... order had lettuce and tomato on it. Went back thru the window and the drive thru attendant was rude when I returned. When sheclosed the window she appeared to be yelling at the food prep workers.When I looked my tacos were missing a large portion ofmeat. Not confident my food wasn't spit on so I didn't eat it. Very patient staff, regular taco bell otherwise. EDIT: I have changed my opinion on this Taco Bell since my last visit. The... quality of food is despicable, I know this is a fast food joint and it's Taco Bell and I don't have high expectations due tothose two facts however, I do expect the food that I purchase to be edible. My fiance and I decided to go down to Taco Bell oneevening about a week ago to try their new taco fries and what a joke. Now, I am a reasonable person and I do understand thatthey only cost a dollar and some change but look (at my submitted photos) at how dingy, unforfilling and skimpy the portions offries are. They were rock hard, tasted like nothing and you only get about 10 fries if that. On top of all of that the cheesesauce was put into a makeshift container that just made an absolute mess of the bag and they weren't even in Taco Bellcontainers, they were placed in KFC containers! Now, moving on from the fries, I also ordered a taco that was soggy and smashbeyond any sort of salvage, inedible. In addition a few burritos and a crunch wrap that was the same story, different menu item.I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend you to do so either, if you're really in the mood for taco bell,just visit the one about 5 minutes down the street, or better yet, anywhere else. I'm sure their quality standards couldn't beworse than this ones. I am willing to change my review again if I see quality improvements but as I stated I will not bevisiting this location again on my own. Read more
The one girl who works at night has the biggest attitude problem. Everytime I see her she rolls her eyes, and just speaks with... an attitude. Also can never seem to get my order right. I never get the sauce I ask for. Super annoying. Read more
