I?ve had issues at this taco bell before that made me stop going, there was a employee that would slip me his number every time... I went so I stopped after 4 times. I decided today to go back to this taco bell and the new assistant manager working today wasvery rude. They have no menu outside due to the hurricane, which is very understandable. I when I was asking about drinks theyhave, she was very rude to me despite knowing I can?t see their drink options. They were out of coffee, so I asked for oj. Theywere out of that, so I asked what juice do they have, she said tea. I asked no what juice, she then got upset saying I wasarguing with her about juice and that she won?t serve me. I pulled around to speak to a manger, she told me she was a new am andthat she would not give me a number to cooperate, her Gm, and she wouldn?t tell me the store location number. While I waslooking up the information that I can online she accused me of leaving my kinds in my car when they?re at home with theirfather. They are extremely rude and condescending and the food itself is way overpriced and barely edible! Disgusting food and horrible... and abusive conceited employees who think they are God's gift to the earth! Get over yourselves! They are not worthy of having ajob dealing face-to-face customer service. They hate their customers and they hate their jobs and create a toxic, hostileatmosphere that make it a negative experience for anyone dumb enough to spend their money there. They need to shut it down andfire the entire team including the so-called manager! Boycott this horrible place and shut it down! The idiotic manager doesnot step in to de-escalate the problematic employees who are brazenly harrassing their disabled and homeless or poor lookingcustomers! Unacceptable! I got the box. The soft taco that came in it had a hard substance in the middle when I bit into it and I stopped to see if it... was a hard shell taco possibly but no it was this glob of hard product of some sort totally disgusting the dog wouldn't eventake it. I appreciate the fact that they was able to take us 45 minutes before closing but my crunch wrap was pretty much all veggie and... sour cream had me thinking if I ordered for a vegetarian. But all in all it was good Read more

So I went through the drive there here the 28th of April this past Wednesday. SO I order four crunchy 4 soft tacos they ask... would you like those supreme I say no thank you. I get back to my hotel room my tacos where made supreme but some where missingcheese one missing tomatoes remember I said not supreme so I take them back they replace my order I get back to my room one softtaco had no cheese, another one had so much juice that it leaked through the wrapper into the napkins and almost threw the bag.SO I go to call this time it's after 11:00 pm now they are closed. But here are a few photos of the wrong order then what wassupposed to be my replacement order. I personally have not had a chance to speak to the store manager about this yet, by luckyfor them I wasn't a secret shopper or someone important for the company, because I works at the training store in Sarasota whenI was 17 and I I was a store manger I probably would write up the manager on duty for that shift and who ever made the customersorder twice and sent the replacement order out like this would have been let go from the company. Only 3 stars because my nacho belle Grande didn't have tomatoes, sour cream or green onions. Still good but come on. On the... other hand NACHO FRIES ARE BACK!! Yay! Delicious. Read more
