I was honestly so sad this was not great my first visit. I really don?t leave reviews unless super amazing or not great at all.... I?ve been waiting for months for this location to open after falling in love with the Sarasota location. My kale apple slaw waslegit rotten. Like rancid. Not sure how frequent they are supposed to make their batches but this one had to have been sittingforever as the apples were brown and the smell and taste were awful. My chipotle chicken wrap I don?t think was warmed all theway? It tasted like freezer burn. This review is from a visit i made for the first time a couple months ago and I haven?t goneback since. Went on their grand opening for the free smoothie. Staff were great and friendly considering how crazy busy it was. Still not... thrilled about the use of styrofoam for all their smoothies. Smoothies were delicious! Read more

Waited for 5 hours before store open to make sure I was one of the first 25 in line to receive an introductory offer they... promoted. They pushed the date back without notice/posting on the store. Not only will they not honor the promotional offer (Icalled the district manager 15 min after supposed store opening AND have photo/timestamped proof that we were there) but sheimplied that the photo of the advertisement had been shared and no amends were to be made. I was clearly upset for wasting mySaturday morning and wasn't even offered a complimentary smoothie in-house when I met her in person. These was a clear lack ofconcern for customer satisfaction. I will update this post if anything changes but until then I suggest the Smoothie King acrossthe street as they have always been friendly. Worth the hassle of crossing 41. Read more
Damn good healthy food, and I think they should install a dance floor into there do to the fact the music is so loud I feel... like I'm in the club, but while eating delicious an healthy food,.( an that creep that is always at the club hitting on everyoneis not there). Read more
